Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible and experienced HVAC Technician or Installer. You will diagnose, service, repair and install heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers if necessary when arriving at job sites
- Inspect and diagnose residential and commercial systems
- Effectively communicate with office and customer the issues and solutions
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Owns basic set of tools- Main tools will be provided by the office.
- Able to work alone or with assistance of other technician(s)
- Responsibly drives/operates company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle policies and adheres to all company safety requirements
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workloads, able to lift 50+ lbs and ability to work in small crawl spaces and heights
- Maintains inventory of all tools, equipment and any other company material in service vehicles
- Familiarity of HVAC wiring diagrams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 + Years Experience of Residential and Commercial systems Required
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record (Required)
- Must pass a background check (Required)
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Must pass drug test ( Required)
- Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours weekly.
