Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, and experienced HVAC Installer. You will diagnose and install heating and air conditioning systems for commercial applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers if necessary when arriving at job sites
- Effectively communicate with office and customer the issues and solutions
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Own basic set of tools- Main tools will be provided by the office.
- Able to work alone or with assistance of other technician(s)
- Responsibly drive/operate company vehicle, follow requirements of company vehicle policies and adhere to all company safety requirements
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workloads, able to lift 50+ lbs and ability to work in small crawl spaces and heights
- Maintain inventory of all tools, equipment, and any other company material in vehicles
- Familiarity of HVAC wiring diagrams
- Must be familiar with Refrigerant and have basic skills with electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 + Years Experience of Commercial systems Required
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record (Required)
- Must pass a background check (Required)
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Must pass drug test ( Required)
- Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours weekly.
