Lead Spray Foam Technician

As a Spray Foam Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective insulation installation in both commercial and residential structures. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the timely application of spray foam insulation, working closely with your team to meet production targets, and prioritizing safety protocols on every job site, regardless of weather conditions or location.

Essential Job Functions

  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing Spray Foam Insulation in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including crawl spaces, basements, and attics.
  • Physical agility is key, as climbing, bending, crawling, reaching, and occasional heavy lifting are all part of the job.
  • Valid driver’s license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
  • Preparing job sites by loading/unloading equipment, removing obstacles, and setting up workspaces.
  • Effective communication with crew members and adherence to instructions from the Crew Lead.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Reliability and flexibility, including the ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as generators or air compressors for insulation spraying.

Education and Experience 

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in installing fiberglass and spray foam insulation in both commercial and residential structures.
  • Basic English reading comprehension and mathematical skills are required for this role.
