We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician. You will maintain and service heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with customers if necessary when arriving at job sites
• Effectively communicate with office and customer the issues and solutions
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Owns basic set of tools- Main tools will be provided by the office.
• Able to work alone or with assistance of other technician(s)
• Responsibly drives/operates company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle policies and adheres to all company safety requirements
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workloads, able to lift 50+ lbs and ability to work in small crawl spaces and heights
• Maintains inventory of all tools, equipment and any other company material in service vehicles
• Familiarity of HVAC wiring diagrams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver's License and good driving record (Required)
• Must pass a background check (Required)
• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• Must pass drug test ( Required)
• Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours weekly.
