On Monday March 23, Chuck Lormand went to my mothers home to check the moisture under her house in preparation for insulating. My mom is 90 years old and was trying to sweep her carport. Mr. Lormand insisted that my mom go inside. He then went to his truck, got his broom and swept the carport, spare carport and patio. My mom called me that afternoon, almost in tears, explaining the kind deed of Mr. Lormand.  She was beside herself to know that there were still good hearted, kind people that would go out of their way to help an elderly woman.
I know that most of the communications about employees are negative and that all too often good deeds go unnoticed, but not today. Today I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your team for all of the good deeds that do go unnoticed but also for this particular deed that I will not allow to go without acknowledgment. Thanks again for maintaining a professional team but more importantly one that shows compassion and kindness.  Please tell Chuck thanks for what he did for my mom.

I just wanted to pass along a few comments about the installation that took place at my home in Cankton on yesterday.  Unfortunately I only captured 3 of the 4 names of the guys that were here.  Paul, Dillon, Brannon and the Fourth.

These guys did an outstanding job.  They were all very courteous and professional and worked endlessly to get the installation done.  I was thoroughly impressed with their ability to work through the massive heat in the attic and the care that took to ensure that the job was done correctly.  The entire team worked their respective tasks and made the job flow through to completion.

They were very cognizant of protecting the interior of the house from the beginning of the job to the end when Dillon was looking through the house for insulation that had made it into the duct work and got hung up in the grills, down to cleaning the stair case to the attic.

Please pass along thanks and our appreciation for their efforts!  These young men, I am sure like the rest of the boots on the ground at Butcher, are definitely the face of the company.  I will say too that first impressions mean a lot to me, as I too am in the customer services business, and I will say that we are definitely headed in the right direction!  This group of technicians, had a task, in miserable conditions took on the task at their own pace and made sure it was done correctly and most importantly, SAFELY!

She was very polite and found a time slot that worked with our schedule.

Donald was the service technician that was assigned to our service call. He arrived as scheduled. I explained to him what had occurred with the unit that morning. He was very professional and courteous. Once he was finished working on the unit, he took the time to explain what had occurred and what he had done to correct the problem. Bruce and Ryan installed a new outdoor and upstairs unit yesterday at our home at 402 Champs Elysee Blvd. My wife, Carol, asked that I call you and let you know how impressed she was with both associates and the quality of work. Carol said both were very friendly, worked non-stop. They also went to great care not to dirty the house as they brought the unit inside. Additionally, they went beyond their normal duties and provided us with a little lagniappe by installing a new attic ladder rather than just putting up the broken unit. After their work, everything was cleaned spotless. If I didn’t know we had scheduled the appointment, I would not be able to tell someone had been there.

In this day and time, It is truly heartwarming to experience quality work done by real professionals.

They helped us solve the problems of the installation of our new system even though we did not purchase it through them. We worked with the original installer along with the manufacturer rep for over a year and they could not fix the problem and kept blaming it on this area, more rain than usual, older home (even though it had been completely remodeled), etc., etc. In addition, we bought the more expensive unit they had because of the supposed savings we would incur which never happened. When we contacted Butcher, they came out immediately and acknowledged that we had a problem. Their manager, Donald got involved and contacted the manufacturer and told us the two units were never tested together to see if they could communicate properly. Despite that, they figured out how to make it work properly without spending another fortune. We definitely learned our lesson, always go with the people who have been in the business forever! There is a reason they’re still in business!! We can’t thank you enough for your help!!!

After the re-fi, had enough money to replace one of the Heat Pumps... decided to use Butcher Air Conditioning due to the excellent past history with their service and repair. Because it's a Trane system, I knew it was not going to be inexpensive. But I was not disappointed in the least; the day after I signed off on it, they were there (Saturday morning!) at 7: 35, ready to start! After a brief walk-through, they got after it... had everything they needed, no phone calls to the office, etc... and were done (including vacuuming every room they walked through!!!) by 1:15 PM! The sales rep, Anthony, showed up at 8:15 to make sure all was going to plan. I cannot say enough good things about this company; for 25+ years they have been consummate professionals at every level! Some things are worth the extra cost, eh?!?
